My professional life has been a long and winding road. Since in 1974, I have been an EDUCATOR, MASSAGE THERAPIST, EDUCATIONAL and TECHNOLOGY SALES LEADER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER and TRAINER.

While still teaching, I had my first massage client in Jan 1982. My practice then known as The Human Touch, was focused on massage as relief from stress effects. My clients taught me lots about the healing process. My interest in a Wholisitic approach to life in general informed my search for a more Wellness focused approach to massage.

Over the years, I have tried to work with the whole person, learning about clients’ overall health concerns, lifestyle issues, even spiritual interests. My approach gradually broadened to include a more wholistic approach, informed by study with the Institute for Human Ecology, involvement with the Wholistic Education movement, and other workshops and training.

In 1992, I retired from teaching, but continued to focus on client education in my now full time Massage Practice, now known as Well Being Massage Therapy. I added certification in Medical Massage several years ago, thereby adding treatment of chronic conditions, injuries, and as an alternate to traditional pharmaceutical based treatment. More study lead me to a focus on supporting people in taking charge of their health and creating Wellness.

As a result of this experience and continuing education, you will never get a 

"ONE SIZE FITS ALL" approach to your needs.

Most recently, I have taken my personal experience on the road to Wellness and success with Shaklee’s nutrition based approach and begun educating clients about my experience and success in creating a healthier lifestyle through use of Shaklee supplements and making these solutions available to my clients.
